Ambulatory sudden death due to primary ventricular fibrillation caused by a ventricular extrasystole with a short coupling interval, after a postextrasystolic pause (1120ms) longer than the previous one that had caused an isolated premature ventricular beat. Note that the sequence of events began with an atrial extrasystole that led to the first shorter pause (860ms). | Bayés de Luna, A., & Elosua, R. (2012). Sudden Death.
