Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS)

Premalignant, clonal plasma cell disorder, characterized by the presence of a monoclonal (M) protein, <10% clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow, and absence of multiple myeloma or related lymphoplasmacytic malignancies (LPMs).

Plasma cell dyscrasias (PCDs)

Spectrum of progressively more severe monoclonal gammopathies characterized by the expansion of a population of monoclonal bone-marrow plasma cells that produce monoclonal immunoglobulins.

Intracranial lipoma

Intracranial lipomas are not true neoplasms, but congenital malformations which represent persistence of menix primitiva, a mesenchymal neural crest derivative

Lethal midline granuloma

Rare midfacial necrotizing lesion characterized by destructive, mucosal lesions of the upper aero-digestive tract.
